Revy Online Shop purchases can be shipped only within Canada. 

All orders are processed, packaged and shipped Monday to Friday. 

Items for Local Pick up

Please note pick up service is only available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. Mask wearing is mandatory during pick up. Items will be available 24 hours after online purchase is processed, not including weekends. Kindly bring one piece of identification for security reasons.

Shipping Policy

We only ship via Canada Post (Expedited Parcel / Xpresspost / Priority). Please be aware, Canada Post may experience COVID-19 related delays which may result in extended delivery times. After your order has been processed you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We are not responsible for any lost or delayed packages caused by Canada Post. We are not responsible for any incorrect shipping details provided by customer. Shipping address cannot be changed after order has been placed. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, you cannot cancel your order. Please review our Refund Policy prior to placing order. Items cannot be added to an existing order that has been confirmed. Your order is confirmed once you have completed the checkout stage and sent a confirmation email. If you would like to order additional items, you are welcome to place a new order online. 

The packaging method will be determined by the product and number of products on your order. We take great care when packaging our products to ensure that all items arrive undamaged to their shipping destination. Please refer to our Damage and Issues policy.
