The health and safety of our employees and customers is our number one priority. We are unable to accept any returns due to covid-19 pandemic. 

All products sold at Visitor Centre (physical location and online) are sold as final sale and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. By purchasing our products, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Damages and issues

Please carefully inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at visitor.ctr@revelstokechamber.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right.
